So if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 20 days of receipt and we will issue a refund using your original method of payment. If the return is a result of our error, we’ll reimburse your shipping fees to make it right. For another size, color or style, just go back to the site and place a new order. We’ll process your return separately so you don’t need to wait to get another hat.
Returning an item to kangolstore.com?
We take no offense to your request for a return, but it must be made within 20 days. That’s our policy! A pre-addressed return label can be found in your shipment. Please cover the original shipping label with the included return label and return it to us in the original shipping carton. We ask that you enclose your original packing slip and indicate the reason for return on the reverse side. If reasonable, please use the applicable "reason code" as listed on your form. Any return made after 20 days will not receive a refund for the product cost or for the return shipping. Store credit for the product cost only will be issued.
We recommend a lot of things here at Kangol, but we definitely recommend shipping your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FEDEX or insured USPS mail and keeping a copy of your receipt. Kangolstore.com is not responsible for any packages that we do not receive. After we receive and inspect your return, credit will be issued to the credit card used for your order. If you paid by check, we will mail you your refund. Please allow 14 days following receipt for processing your credit or mailing the refund. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Please allow us to serve you again as soon as possible!
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for items that are worn, used, washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of labels and tags qualifies the hat as being worn. Refunds must be in accordance with the terms of our return policy. And while we feel kind of bad about it, we cannot process returns for items that were not purchased directly through www.kangolstore.com. Though why would you want to shop anywhere else? Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and allow for up to 14 days for returns to be processed.
Free Shipping Return Policy:
Okay, here’s where it might get a little confusing. If you took advantage of our Buy 3, Ship Free program and your return means you are keeping fewer than 3 items, shipping charges on the original quantity ordered will be deducted from your credit. For instance, if you've received free shipping by ordering 3 items and decide to return one for credit, the cost of shipping the original order will be deducted from the credit issued for the hat you are returning. While we certainly appreciate the multiple orders, they cannot be combined to keep the free shipping offer.
