When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed the day that we receive them and are usually shipped within one to two business days thereafter. Your credit card will be billed when your order has shipped.
When the order has been submitted online, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation. Additionally, you will be provided your order number on the order confirmation page. Please make note of this number in case you have questions regarding your order.
If you have chosen to mail or fax your order, we will contact you to confirm the order and request your payment. If you have not provided an e-mail address, please provide a daytime phone number or we will use postal mail to confirm your order.
